We will always carry out an allergy alert test for new clients aged 16 or over, even if you have had your hair coloured before. We will check when returning clients last had an allergy alert test. If it was more than six months ago, we will arrange for another test to be done.
We know this can be frustrating, but your safety is our first concern – formulas can change and so can you!
At hair lux we understand that things can unexpectedly pop up, but we appreciate 48 hours’ notice of cancellation. Charges will apply if appointments are moved or cancelled within this period.
